Important Notice About Visas

If you plan to attend the International Workshop and Exhibition on Plasma Assisted Combustion in the United States and you require a travel visa, it is your responsibility to apply for a visa with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate at least 3 months in advance.

If you require a visa, you should first contact the APT to request an official letter of invitation. This letter and a copy of the workshop announcement should be presented along with the required documentation to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate as part of the formal application process.
